So, you have to head out for a conference. This is what you’ll need to be prepared:

  1. Microphone, Camera, AI-Face Recognition Tripod: We all know it kills to not get good footage at a conference that you need for your speaker reel. After spending thousands hiring videographers who just didn’t make the cut, I decided to invest in my own setup.

  2. Teeth Whitening Strips/Mouthwash: If I’m going to be at a conference, my smile is a key asset to networking. For a few days before, I whiten my teeth using Zimba whitening strips from amazon.

  3. Portable door locking device. You never know, and some of the hotels you might end up in might not be in the best part of town. You can also try putting your bag in front of the bottom part of the door.

  4. Check in Early: I fly Southwest, because there is a hub in my city, but I always make sure to check in when prompted by the airline, which usually gets me a spot first in line.
